7 Mar 2008 - S4/5 Options Week

Our S4/5 pupils have now had their Options Assemblies and have been issued with their Options Booklet and Options Form containing information to allow them to make wise choices for the future. All pupils are encouraged to aim high and to choose the subjects in which they are most likely to succeed.

For the 2nd year running the range of subjects and levels available to our pupils has increased since last session and pupils are now offered courses ranging from Access to Advanced Highers in subjects as wide ranging as Applied Practical Electronics, Life Skills and Performance PE to the traditional Maths and English.

S4 pupils should return forms on Monday 11th March and will be interviewed by PSD Teachers later in the same week. S5 pupils should return forms by Tuesday 12th March. Forms should be returned to PSD Teachers.

As always the viability of courses is not guaranteed and will depend on staffing and uptake.

Pupils may wish to consult with their PSD Teacher, SMT or Careers Adviser.
